AlWatania Information Systems is a trusted leader in delivering comprehensive SAP solutions, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors (SF). We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM/SF Consultant to join our expert team. This pivotal role involves managing the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules to drive clients’ HR transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deploy tailored solutions that enhance HR processes and employee experiences.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Analyze client HR processes to design efficient SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions meeting their business needs.
• Configure, customize, and optimize SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management) and SuccessFactors modules.
• Develop comprehensive testing plans and coordinate testing activities to ensure robust system performance.
• Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and harmonization with other business applications.
• Stay current with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors product updates, best practices, and emerging trends.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consulting roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams.
• Experience with integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems.
• Relevant SAP certifications for HCM and SuccessFactors are highly desirable.
Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- •At least 5 years of proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consulting
- •Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management)
- •Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, EC Payroll)
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- •Experience with integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other systems
Nice to Have
- •Relevant SAP certifications for HCM and SuccessFactors
