Senior Sales Consultant

• Greet customers and assess their tyre needs based on vehicle type, usage, and budget
• Recommend suitable tyres, wheels, and related product
• Explain features, benefits, pricing, and warranties clearly
• Process sales, prepare quotations, and handle payments
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate product knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, and specifications
• Coordinate with fitment/technical staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory controlEducation:

• Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)Competences

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of tyre brands, sizes, specifications, and fitment requirements
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Basic knowledge of vehicle types and tyre applications
• Quotation preparation and payment processing skillsLanguage:
