Role: Senior Sales Engineer - RLC

Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract: Permanent

Your Role:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for DX HVAC equipment (Split, VRF/VRV, Package Units, Rooftop Units, etc.).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

Technical Support

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for DX HVAC systems.

• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with engineering and projects teams during execution and commissioning phases.

Market & Project Management

• Track project pipelines from specification stage to order closing.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.

• Support marketing activities such as product launches and technical seminars.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years preferably 7–10 years of experience in HVAC sales, with strong exposure to DX systems.

• Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and large projects.

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC design standards and codes.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical and commercial acumen.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Results-driven with strong customer focus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience in Qatar market.

• Existing network of HVAC consultants and contractors.

• Knowledge of DX systems solutions.
