Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international clients.
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai's residential and luxury real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings, consultations, and presentations tailored to each client's requirements and investment objectives.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through company-provided leads, personal networks, referrals, and market outreach.
• Develop and maintain a strong personal client portfolio and continuously identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Negotiate offers and transaction terms effectively to achieve the best possible outcome for both the client and the company.
• Handle client objections professionally and demonstrate strong consultative selling skills.
• Work closely with internal marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Represent Luxarabia professionally at property launches, networking events, exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, revenue objectives, and KPIs.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong existing network of clients, investors, developers, or industry contacts is highly advantageous.
• Highly self-motivated, ambitious, competitive, and target-driven.
