Job Description

What you will do:

• Act as an assisting Project Manager for custom projects, coordinating with the marketing team, event programming team and operations team to keep event projects on track.
• Work and help manage additional projects, including the investor program, hosted buyer program, sourcing merchandise, and more.
• Coordinate Project management systems, procedures and processes that have been developed in conjunction with heads of workstreams and project Directors. Ensure the department meets the agreed-upon deadlines for the programming, marketing, and production of events.
• Coordinate existing custom event delivery with the Special Projects team, Marketing Manager and Event Manager.
• Coordinate & direct onsite staff & team members to ensure successful event delivery.
• Provide clear, effective communication to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to both ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the events industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail and efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
