Position Summary:

As a Senior Product Designer at PF, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our Primary Business Unit for all B2C and B2B surfaces. You will drive the design process from discovery to delivery, taking ownership of projects and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. As a senior member of the design team, you will work alongside other designers, contribute to design strategy, and ensure that our products align with both consumer needs and business goals.

This role offers you the chance to lead complex design projects, work on strategic initiatives, and be a key player in achieving PF’s mission to become the most trusted partner in real estate across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process for the business unit’s products (both B2B and B2C), including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery. Set the standard for design excellence within the team.

• User-Centered Design: Champion consumer needs and advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product development process. Create compelling and effective design solutions that address both user pain points and business objectives.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products. Lead cross-functional design activities, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking.

• Problem-Solving: Identify key user problems and opportunities, using research and data to inform design decisions. Develop and iterate on solutions that elevate the overall user experience of our B2C and B2B products.

• Design Strategy: Contribute to the design strategy for the business unit product suite, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms. Partner with other design teams to align on a unified design vision for all PF products.

• Iteration & Testing: Lead design iterations based on user feedback and data, testing prototypes to refine and validate design solutions. Ensure designs are optimized for both usability and visual appeal.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products in a fast-paced environment.

• Design Expertise: Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. Experience in using data and research to drive design decisions.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about design’s role in achieving business goals and user needs. Experience in contributing to and executing design strategies within a product team.

• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships and working effectively within cross-functional teams. Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.

• Mentorship: Experience in mentoring and guiding other designers, with a passion for helping team members grow their skills and careers.

• Execution: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to independently lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for the nuances that make designs polished and impactful, with a passion for building intuitive and visually stunning products.
