We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Partnership Specialist to support the development and management of strategic partnerships that drive business growth and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new partnership opportunities, executing partnership initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across industries.

What Will You Doā“

• Research, identify, and evaluate potential partners aligned with business objectives.
• Support the development and execution of partnership strategies across target industries and markets.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, products, and services.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
• Coordinate partner communications to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on joint initiatives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement levels.
• Track, monitor, and report on partnership performance against defined KPIs and objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover partnership opportunities and emerging trends.
• Gather and analyze partner and customer insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with internal teams—including product, marketing, legal, and finance—to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of partners.What Are We Looking Forā“

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales.
• Demonstrated experience supporting partnership or commercial initiatives.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
