Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Manager, SAP Application Operations, Provides strategic leadership for SAP Application Operations across Qiddiya, ensuring stability, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence across SAP platforms. Owns the end‑to‑end support model, vendor governance, operational strategy, and improvement roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• 1. End‑to‑End SAP Operations Ownership: - Own the full SAP operations function, Ensure platform stability, high availability, and optimized performance across environments.
• 2. Strategic Direction & Roadmap: - Define SAP operations roadmap, support model, continuous improvement plan.
• 3. Governance, Risk & Compliance: - Own operational risk management, regulatory adherence, audits, and controls. Oversee SOD governance, access design, and security posture across SAP applications.
• 4. Vendor & Partner Management: - Lead performance governance of all operations vendors under SAP operations, including SLA.
• 5. Stakeholder Engagement: - Serve as the key advisor to Department leadership. Present operational metrics, dashboards, trends, and recommendations.
• 6. Leadership & Organizational Development: - Lead multiple managers, team members, and technical/functional streams. Define capacity plans, and development programs.
• 7. Complex Issue & Escalation Management: - Own major incident gRequirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP application management or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Deep understanding of SAP systems' architecture, functionalities, and technologies.
• Proven experience in managing SAP application performance, incident management, and user support.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive team performance and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with SAP best practices and methodologies is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in SAP or IT service management (e.g., ITIL) are a plus. Benefits
