Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Manager - Contracts Management to join our Commercial Office team. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of contract management, ensuring effective negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts related to our landmark projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize commercial outcomes that align with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts with suppliers, contractors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Monitor contract performance and enforce terms and conditions to mitigate risks and address issues swiftly.
• Collaborate with project teams, legal, procurement, and finance departments to facilitate smooth contract administration.
• Develop and maintain contract management procedures and tools to support efficient processes.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on contract status, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead contract dispute resolution processes when necessary.
• Support the commercial team with strategic input on contract-related decisions and negotiations.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in contract management within construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and commercial management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficient in contract management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
