Overview Of The Role:

• The Senior Manager, Data & AI is crucial for advancing Al-Futtaim Real Estate's digitalization agenda. This role involves assessing digital maturity, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives in automation, data analytics, and AI. The manager is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and driving data-driven decision-making, requiring a proactive approach to lead digital solutions and manage stakeholder alignment. Success involves effectively steering project deployment and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do:

Automation Initiatives

• Identify, design, and implement solutions (RPA, workflow, low-code/no-code) to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational processes and support business objectives.

Data Analytics and Reporting

• Develop and manage data analytics and reporting solutions, translating business requirements into actionable insights using SQL, BI tools, and modern data platforms.

• Design, build, and maintain executive and operational dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with key performance indicators.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation, applying best practices for security, compliance, and sustainable analytics solutions.

AI and Advanced Analytics

• Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives, collaborating with product teams to prepare data, operationalize models, and enable business adoption.

• Drive the implementation of AI initiatives to support data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize use cases, and deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful delivery of transformative outcomes.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Advanced skills in SQL, BI tools, and modern data platforms.

• Proficiency in AI model operationalization and business adoption strategies.

• Expertise in RPA, low-code/no-code, and automation technologies.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

• 6-9 years of experience developing dashboards, data analytics, automation initiatives, and AI solutions.

• Expertise in designing and executing digital strategies and initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in translating complex data into actionable insights.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee projects using PMO best practices.
