⢠Advise potential investors on their business set-up process from receiving an inquiry to submission of application until they receive their lease and license.
⢠Act as the central consultancy point to existing investors interested in expansion of their businesses in the freezone.
⢠Establish communications with key internal and external parties for the purpose of obtaining the approvals required to proceed with the application processing.
⢠Maintain an understanding of relevant EZW products, services, processes and procedures so that clients can be provided with the information that they require in a timely and accurate manner.
⢠Process all applications and requests in an efficient and prompt manner and follow through with relevant parties until lease and license is issued.
⢠Communicate and follow up with customers on various pending issues such as signatures, documents etc. to ensure efficient processing of all administrative processes, Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
⢠Perform other work associated duties as assigned by direct line manager.
⢠Maintain strong relationships with relevant departments within the organization to ensure the investorās smooth and seamless transition which contributes to the overall experience and satisfaction. (Example: Facility Management, End of Lease, Licensing Servicesā¦etc.)
⢠Maintain high-level coordination with relevant third parties who play integral roles in the approvals and clearances required for the progress of the application. (Example: EHS, CIDā¦etc.)
⢠Sales executive must ensure the entire documentation process is completed within the given TAT and also highlight to reporting line manger if identified breach in TAT.
⢠Sales executive must present monthly MIS of sale completion to line mangers to understand the sale targets achieved.
⢠The job responsibility of sales executive is also to get new external clients by conducting out door sales to boast sales revenue for JAFZA
