• Oversee technical operations and maintenance of facility systems (MEP, civil, HVAC, etc.).
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor facility performance and ensure optimal functioning of assets and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to assess condition, safety, and compliance.
• Review and process service requests, work orders, and job schedules.
• Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and vendors for repair and maintenance works.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Support asset lifecycle management, condition assessments, and CAPEX/OPEX planning.
• Resolve technical issues and recommend improvement or optimization measures.

• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and materials verification processes.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and FM-related compliance reviews.
• Provide technical support during fit-outs, renovation projects, and modifications.
Technical Proficiency –
• Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, civil, and building systems.
• Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance planning. -
• Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Familiar with asset management and lifecycle planning.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Competent in using CAFM systems and coordinating contractors.
• Safety - Safety Standards and Compliance
• Knowledge of Safety Standards : Demonstrates knowledge of DP World's policies and procedures related to community safety.
• Raising Awareness of Safety : Develops training materials to help raise awareness of safety standards.
Reports to Manager – Facilities Management
• Coordinates with:
• Civil, MEP, HVAC, and FM technical teams
• Planning / Scheduling team
• Procurement and finance departments
• HSE team for safety compliance
• CAFM or helpdesk team
• Warehouse / storekeeper for materials and equipment#LI-RA1
