Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical documentation and maintain system configurations.

• Proven experience in CRM development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with database management, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficient in programming languages, primarily C# and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of n-tier architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of version control systems and release management.
