• Conduct workshops and training sessions for healthcare staff to enhance their understanding of urological health
• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring open communication and shared decision-making regarding treatment options
• Manage administrative tasks related to patient care and department operations efficiently
• Engage in community outreach and awareness programs related to urological health Requirements
• Medical degree from a recognized institution and a valid medical license
• Extensive experience in urology, with a focus on advanced surgical techniques and patient care management
• Board certification in Urology
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios
