Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients with pulmonary diseases.
• Utilize advanced techniques in managing and treating various respiratory conditions, including but not limited to asthma, COPD, and lung cancer.
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as bronchoscopy and pulmonary function tests.
• Develop personalized treatment protocols based on the latest clinical evidence and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents in the department.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with advancements in pulmonology. Requirements
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification in Pulmonology.
• At least 5-10 years of clinical experience in pulmonology, with a track record of leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic pulmonary procedures.
• Experience in a private healthcare setting is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively mentor and train medical staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining patient-centered care.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a clinical context.
• Commitment to quality improvement and adherence to clinical guidelines.
