Senior Account Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead and develop client service accounts.Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

•Provides counsel to clients; establishes and builds key client relationships

•Oversees and leads a wide variety of communications programmes across multiple channels that meet client objectives

•Creates the development of plans, proposals, results reports, creative briefs and other communications documents

•Develops relationships in Retail, Food/Beverage, CPG, Travel and Tourism, Health and Wellness, Financial Services and Sports industries

•Organises, directs and collaborates effectively across teams to achieve results

•Keeps current with industry and overall consumer marketing trends while advancing our expertise in new media and marketing applications

•Maintains routine contact with key client stakeholders when appropriate. Regularly seeks client feedback on the team’s performance

•Actively contributes original, innovative thinking as an agency thought-leader
