We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with proven experience in Dubai secondary market real estate, strong client acquisition skills and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
Dubai-based candidates only. Proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or property sales
- Strong experience in the secondary/resale property market
- Proven sales track record
- Experience handling buyers, sellers and property transactions
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–60% commission structure
