A Day in the Life
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic Structural Heart team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping healthcare professionals enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
⢠Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within your assigned territory.
⢠Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
⢠Product Knowledge:  Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
⢠Market Research:  Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
⢠Presentations and Demonstrations:  Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers, showcasing the advantages of our offerings.
⢠Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
⢠Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to management.Required Knowledge and Experience:
⢠Bachelorās degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
⢠Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in medical sales or a similar role.
⢠Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⢠Willingness to travel within the designated territory (50%-70% of time traveling).Physical Job Requirements
