Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert ophthalmic consultations and manage patients with complex eye diseases.
• Conduct advanced ophthalmic surgeries and interventions with a focus on quality and safety.
• Lead and participate in teaching programs for medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to academic publications to support innovation in ophthalmology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Supervise junior medical staff and support their professional development.
• Stay abreast of advances in ophthalmology and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
