We are looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to drive new business for a fast-growing advertising production company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on winning deals, building relationships, and turning conversations into revenue. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of growth, identifying opportunities, pitching creative production solutions, and bringing in new clients across the private and government sectors. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, while consistently hitting (and exceeding) your targets.
This company delivers high-impact advertising and production solutions, including pylons, hoardings, signage, banners, booths, F&B and retail POS stands, stickers, and wall and truck branding, serving mid-size to large clients with bold, visible campaigns.
We're looking for someone modern in approach, someone who leverages their network, uses digital tools to source and convert leads, and knows how to build momentum in a competitive market. Confident, connected, and relentless in chasing results.
Main Responsibilities
• Target mid-size and large private companies and government entities
• Handle government and corporate tenders, RFPs, and formal procurement submissions
• Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and your network to engage decision-makers, not just visit them cold
• Prepare tailored proposals and follow up until the deal is signed
• Manage existing accounts and generate referrals from satisfied clients
• Report weekly on pipeline status, closed deals, and upcoming opportunitiesRequirements
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in advertising, signage, or B2B, relevant field is a plus
• Proven record of closing deals with mid-size or large clients, private or government
• Experience with government tenders and corporate RFPs is a strong requirement
• Digitally savvy, active on LinkedIn, uses digital tools to generate business
• Well-connected and knows how to open doors through relationships
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Based in Riyadh or has strong connections there, strong added value
• Independent, takes ownership, driven by results, not just activity
Requirements
