Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Engineer to join our growing security team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the track assigned, responsibilities may include:
GRC Track:
⢠Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
⢠Support risk assessments and compliance audits (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ECC).
⢠Help track remediation efforts and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.Penetration Testing Track:
⢠Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of networks, applications, and systems.
⢠Document findings and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
⢠Stay updated with the latest exploits, tools, and techniques.SOC Track:
⢠Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools.
⢠Assist in incident response and investigation.
⢠Perform log analysis and threat hunting under supervision.Requirements
⢠Bachelorās degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
⢠Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks.
⢠Familiarity with networking, operating systems, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication.Preferred Skills:
⢠Internships or academic projects in cybersecurity.
⢠Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent.
⢠Exposure to tools like Wireshark, Nessus, Burp Suite, or Splunk.
