Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our cybersecurity sales efforts in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in enterprise and B2B sales, direct experience in the Saudi market, and a proven track record of selling cybersecurity solutions and services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver value-driven cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities across enterprise and B2B accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Promote and sell cybersecurity services and solutions, including managed security services, governance, risk and compliance solutions, security assessments, MDR, SOC, and other cybersecurity offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and solutions.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Support account growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions or services.
Proven experience in the Saudi market with an established professional network.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, technologies, and industry trends.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience selling managed security services, MDR, SOC, governance, risk and compliance solutions, penetration testing, or related cybersecurity services.
- Cybersecurity industry certifications or relevant technical knowledge are a plus.Benefits
