About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Product Owner to lead our new AI agent products. You will sit between business and tech teams. You will turn big ideas into working, autonomous AI tools.
You must have a strong technical background. You should know how to build with Python. You also need to understand how AI agents think, use tools, and solve multi-step problems.
Responsibilties:
- Setting the Product Vision: Create the roadmap for our AI agents and automated workflows.
- Talking Tech with Engineers: Use your Python and AI knowledge to help developers make choices about cost, speed, and accuracy.
- Writing Technical Stories: Turn business needs into clear tasks, user stories, and code requirements for agile sprints.
- Keeping Agents Safe: Build tests and guardrails to make sure our AI systems are accurate, safe, and helpful.
- Tracking Success: Look at user feedback and data to find ways to make our AI agents smarter and faster.Requirements
- to be able to work onsite in our Riyadh office
- Python Skills: Real experience writing or reading Python code.
- Agentic Tech Knowledge: Experience using AI tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or RAG systems.
- Product Experience: Experience at managing tech products or working as a lead software engineer.
- Clear Communication: The ability to explain complex AI models to business teams in simple terms.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfort with the experimental and fast-changing world of Generative AI.
Requirements
- •Real experience writing or reading Python code

- •Experience managing tech products or working as a lead software engineer
