We’re hiring high-energy, street-smart sales professionals to drive auto loan business through direct sales, dealer partnerships, and referral networks. You’ll own your pipeline, your relationships, and your earnings. The more you sell, the more you earn — no caps, no limits.

What You’ll Do
• Generate auto loan business through dealerships, brokers, corporate leads, walk-ins, and referrals
• Build and manage a strong dealer & client network
• Handle the full sales cycle:
Lead → Pitch → Document → Credit → Disbursement
• Close deals consistently and hit (and beat) monthly targets
• Track leads and follow-ups using CRM and digital tools
• Ensure accurate documentation, KYC, and compliance
• Watch the market, understand competitor offers, and position smarter
• Deliver a smooth customer experience to drive repeat and referral business
What Makes You a Fit
• Hands-on experience in auto loans / retail lending / financial sales
• Proven ability to close deals and build relationships
• Strong understanding of vehicle financing, credit basics, and documentation
• Confident communicator (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Comfortable working independently, in the field, and under targets
• Hungry to earn — results matter more than titles
