Adree is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
• Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our products and services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Achieve and exceed targeted metrics for lead generation, qualification, and appointments.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of a 1-year experience within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products) would be a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen actively and ask relevant questions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of motivation and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
