Role Responsibilities:

• Close coordination with Sales & Support functions for day-to-day sales and month closing activities

• Coordinate with team for documentation requirements

• Preparation of Advance Tax Proforma & LC documents

• Manage the complete approval process for sales support activities

• Coordinate with sales team on Sales & Demand forecast planning

Role Purpose:

• The main role of Sales Coordinator is to establish a smooth flow of business process within Business Unit. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Supply chain and Finance teams to support the daily sales support activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High level of proficiency with SAP/ERP System

• High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in same or similar industry

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Team player and Computer skills

• Proficiency in English & Arabic

• This role is only for Saudi Nationals
