We are looking for a dynamic and talented Bartender who can craft exceptional cocktails while providing outstanding service to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide a high level of customer service and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Stay informed about beverage offerings and make recommendations to guests.
• Comply with health and safety regulations regarding beverage preparation and serving.
• Assist with inventory management and reordering of supplies as necessary. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
• Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy shifts.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Benefits
AED 3000 + AED 400 Food allowance + AED 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) +AED 800 to 1200 Credit card tips + Cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
Requirements
