JASARA PMC is currently inviting expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Risk Manager - Rail. In this specialized role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our rail projects are delivered on time and within budget while effectively managing risks associated with complex railway infrastructure developments. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to create and execute risk mitigation strategies that align with project goals.
• Prepare and maintain detailed risk registers and ensure timely updates for all stakeholders.
• Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance awareness and understanding of risk management practices within project teams.
• Regularly report on risk management processes and outcomes to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements specific to rail management. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in risk management, 5 years specifically in rail projects or infrastructure development.
• Extensive knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools relevant to rail projects.
• Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, CRM) are highly desirable.
Requirements
