What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Retail & F&B Commercial Consultant, you’ll advise landlords, developers, brands, restaurateurs and investors on leasing and acquisition strategies.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leasing and selling retail and F&B units across malls, high streets and mixed-use assets
• Working closely with restaurant groups, café brands, franchises and retail operators
• Advising clients on footfall, positioning, unit selection, rental strategy and market trends
• Building long-term relationships with landlords, developers and business owners
• Negotiating commercial terms and closing high-value transactionsThis is a commission-based role, ideal for someone financially ready to take control of their earnings. It’s not a traditional 9–5 — but for the right person, the rewards are significant.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Driven, commercially minded professionals with a proactive approach
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Retail and/or F&B leasing experience is highly desirable (but not essential)
• A solid understanding of customer journeys, locations and brand positioning
• A valid UAE driving license (or ability to convert one)
