Job Description
You are part of the story behind every memorable stay. - Assist in handling room reservations, inquiries, and booking requests professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to guest calls, emails, and reservation inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in providing information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and services.
- Support the Reservations team in entering, updating, and maintaining accurate booking records.
- Assist with booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Support the preparation of daily reservation reports and follow-up on pending bookings.
- Assist in promoting hotel facilities, room upgrades, packages, and additional services where appropriate.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Reservations department and assist colleagues when required.
- Contribute to creating thoughtful, personalized moments that reflect the unique spirit of MGallery.
- Embody the MGallery spirit through warm, attentive, and refined service.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or guest services is an asset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, welcoming, and professional personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and reservation procedures.
- Good computer skills and willingness to learn hotel reservation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude at all times.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
