Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health issues, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Monitor patient progress, record changes, and report to appropriate healthcare team members.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree (ADN) may be accepted.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prior experience in nursing is advantageous but not mandatory for new graduates. Benefits
