Requirements

مراقبة أداء الأصول واقتراح فرص التطوير وتحسين العائد الاستثماري.
ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة واللوائح المتعلقة بقطاع العقارات وإدارة الأملاك في المملكة.
Qualifications
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو العقار أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 9 سنوات في إدارة الأملاك أو إدارة العقارات.
معرفة جيدة بقطاع العقارات وإدارة الإيجارات وأنظمة إدارة الأملاك.
خبرة في إدارة محافظ عقارية تضم عقارات سكنية وتجارية.
خبرة في قيادة وإدارة فرق العمل.
مهارات عالية في التواصل، وإدارة العملاء، والتفاوض، واتخاذ القرار.
القدرة على إعداد التقارير وتحليل الأداء.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- •Minimum 9 years of experience in property or real estate management.
- •Good knowledge of the real estate sector, leasing, and property management systems.
- •Experience managing portfolios with both residential and commercial properties.
- •Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- •Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
- •Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance.
Responsibilities
