Key Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners to support recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
• Manage recruitment-related data and documentation in our database.
• Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and company.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Recruiting within aviation- desirable
• Meet KPI’s
• Reporting will be required- Own recruitment metrics and produce stats for reporting on monthly basis
• Deal with stakeholders (with supervision on stats)
• Sales- List of aviation contacts - desirable
• Proactive in approaching candidates who meet the client requirements
• Proactive in cold calling, emailing client
• Advanced course in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) is a must
• Fluent in English oral and written is a mustBenefits
