- Ship 4+ React Native app releases per quarter
- Achieve 95%+ crash-free session rate
- Reduce app load time by 20%
- Deliver 100% of sprint commitments on time
- Mentor 2 junior developers annually
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize application performance for iOS and Android platforms
- Manage app deployment processes using Xcode and Android Studio
