Job Description

• Conduct surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and human-made structures on the earth's surface, underground, and underwater using electronic distance-measuring equipment and surveying instruments.
• Analyze survey data, research legal records, and determine boundary line locations based on measurement of distances, directions, angles, and elevation points.
• Operate land-information computer systems to store data, perform inquiries, and generate plots and reports.
• Record survey results, verify data accuracy, and prepare comprehensive maps and reports for stakeholders.
• Work independently on diverse surveying projects with minimal supervision on routine assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related Construction field
• Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or working towards APC
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience, including 2-3 years in the Middle East

Additional Information

• Mandatory 5 years of experience in Roads and Bridges, highways or transport in UAE
