Job Summary:
If you are a Quality Engineer professional Iooking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to play a critical part in strengthening Emersonās customer focus and quality culture. You will support final inspection, certification, and specialised testing activities that ensure products meet stringent customer, regulatory, and international quality requirements. Through handsāon involvement with process control equipment, you will directly contribute to product reliability, customer confidence, and continuous improvement across safety and quality practices.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
⢠Perform final inspections and certifications in compliance with IPO requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards.
⢠Conduct special testing activities including Fugitive Emissions, Cryogenic, and Cv testing to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
⢠Develop siteāspecific procedures for special testing and factory acceptance testing, including forms aligned with customer and international specifications.
⢠Prepare, review, and maintain inspection records, test reports, and certification documentation with accuracy and traceability.
⢠Coordinate and manage customer and thirdāparty inspections, witness testing, and drive inspection comments to closure.
⢠Act as the CSN Champion by managing communication, leading fix resolution, and supporting root cause analysis activities.
⢠Support plant quality operations by resolving inspection, testing, and documentationārelated issues.
⢠Ensure compliance with quality management systems, safety requirements, and certified procedures throughout inspection and testing activities.
⢠Collaborate with the Dubai Plant and MEA FCV Quality organisations to promote consistent quality practices and knowledge sharing.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- 3ā5 years of experience in quality, inspection, or testing within a manufacturing environment.
- Handsāon experience with final inspection, certification, and special testing such as Fugitive Emissions, Cryogenic, and Cv testing.
- Experience supporting customer and thirdāparty inspections.
- Working knowledge of quality systems, codes, and standards such as PED, ATEX, ISO, or equivalent.
- Strong documentation, communication, and crossāfunctional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- A demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in control valve manufacturing or project execution environments.
- Certification or advanced handsāon expertise in Fugitive Emissions, Cryogenic, Cv, or similar specialised testing.
- Knowledge of PED, ATEX, ASME, API, ISO standards, and customerāspecific requirements.
- Prior experience acting as a CSN Champion or handling complex customer quality issues.
- Knowledge of casting, forging, welding, machining, and painting processes.
- Handsāon experience or qualifications in NDE (MT/PT), PMI, or hardness testing.

Requirements
