What is the Role

Elastic is looking for a disruptive force in the Public Sector space within Saudi Arabia, someone with a relentless drive to open new doors, challenge the status quo and solve complex customer problems with curiosity and tenacity. You will play a key role in helping to establish a presence in Saudi Arabia as we seek to put "boots on the ground" . What Will You Be Doing

• Expanding Elastic’s presence within key Public Sector departments within the Saudi government, by identifying and unlocking new opportunities.

• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers extract real-world value from their data and accelerate digital transformation.

• Evangelizing Open Source and championing Elastic’s search-powered solutions across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security.

• Uncovering and driving new use cases by working directly with technical teams, developers, and decision-makers.

• Collaborating across business functions, partners, and communities to create a robust ecosystem that fuels sustained growth.

• Managing complex sales cycles and delivering predictable and accurate forecasts.

What You Bring

• A track record of overachievement in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a growth-driven mindset and a proven ability to break into Public Sector accounts within Saudi government.

• Deep domain knowledge of the challenges and the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders within the Saudi region.

• Experience selling into Pubic Sector within Saudi Arabia.

• Passion for Open Source and Elastic’s community-driven approach.

• Ability to navigate complex procurement processes while maintaining agility and speed in execution.

• Experience in selling within an Open Source model.
