Project Engineer (Entry Level) – UAE Nationals Only

About the mission we offer you:

Location: Ruwais, UAE
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time – Site-based

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination of daily site activities between engineering, planning, and construction teams.

• Monitor progress and assist with preparation of daily/weekly reports.

• Follow up on material availability, drawings, and work permits.

• Support technical documentation such as method statements and TQs.

• Track site-related issues and escalate delays or deviations to supervisors.

• Maintain project logs, trackers, and site documentation.

• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines across all activities.
Qualifications & Requirements

• UAE National (Emiratisation role).

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering.

• 6 months to 1 year of site or engineering coordination experience.

• Basic understanding of construction workflows and engineering deliverables.

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of P6/AutoCAD is a plus.

• Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
