Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)
Project Controls / Planning
Role Overview
Lead the Project Controls function within the Supervision Consultant team, overseeing planning, progress monitoring, reporting, and schedule control while monitoring the Contractor's performance against approved project baselines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Controls and Planning team.
- Review and monitor the Contractor's baseline schedule and updates.
- Monitor progress against approved milestones and project objectives.
- Review Contractor recovery plans, look-ahead schedules, and schedule updates.
- Identify delays, critical path issues, and schedule risks.
- Review progress measurement and validate reported progress.
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and site supervision teams.
- Prepare project-level progress reports and dashboards.
- Provide schedule analysis and recommendations for delay mitigation.
- Monitor Contractor performance and highlight potential impacts to time and cost. Project Locations

- Western Region (Makkah - Madinah)
- Eastern Region (Khobar - Dammam)

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years Previous experience as a Project Controls Manager, Planning Manager, or equivalent.
- Experience in major construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience reviewing Contractor schedules and progress reports.
