Project Consultant - Hajj & Omrah - 9-Month Engagement

Location: Mecca, KSA.
Years of Experience: 15+ years.
Project Duration: 9 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Starting Date: as soon as possible.

We are seeking a senior Project Consultant to support a major public-sector engagement related to Hajj & Umrah programs and initiatives. The role will focus on managing complex projects, programs, and portfolios within the Hajj & Umrah ecosystem, supporting strategic delivery, coordination with government stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with national objectives.

Key Requirements

•
Minimum 15 years of experience

•
Proven experience in Hajj & Umrah–related projects

•
Demonstrated experience working with the public sector and government entities in Saudi Arabia

•
Strong background in project, program, and portfolio management

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Other Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

•
Ability to work with senior government officials and cross-functional teams

•
High level of organization, problem-solving, and analytical capability

Key Responsibilities

•
Support the planning and execution of Hajj & Umrah programs and projects

•
Manage and coordinate project, program, and portfolio activities

•
Work closely with government stakeholders to ensure alignment with national objectives

•
Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives

•
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for leadership

•
Support governance, decision-making, and issue resolution

•
Contribute to the design and implementation of operational and strategic improvements

•
Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all project outputs
