Responsibilities
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement engaging user experiences
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance product offerings
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and adjust based on feedbackRequirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and processes
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and aesthetics
Requirements
