- Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
- Support vendor communication, including follow-ups on deliveries, quotations, and documentation.
- Help maintain and update procurement records, databases, and tracking sheets.
- Assist in reviewing invoices and coordinating with the Finance team for payment processing.
- Support contract documentation, filing, and organization.
- Conduct basic market research and price comparisons for goods and services.
- Help ensure procurement activities follow internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth procurement operations.

Requirements
