The Process Engineer role is critical to the development of our factories to World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses and to lead the change management role on projects, ensuring all inputs are available, factory is geared up for new innovations, VIP, product transfers, roll-outs, recipe changes, line extension within an agreed time plan.
She/he will apply extensively the full range ofFocussedImprovement, AutonomousPillar,Quality pillarmethodsand tools to counter lossesidentifiedin the areas ofOperations,Quality, Cost Deployment andoptimizethe cost for Operation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working directly with the line crews and Technical Teamsdailytoidentifythe losses andcountermeasure. The Process Engineer also acts as the technical trainer for line teams and provides coaching in phenomena identification, root causeanalysisand the establishment ofcountermeasuresas well.
The Process Engineeris responsible forimprovements and the establishment of revised basic conditions on the line. A core deliverable is toeliminatelosses and wastes using WCM/UMS/Continuous improvement methodologies and increase the stability of the line to support the transition of semi-autonomous teams to Autonomous Team. Implementation ofFocusedimprovement pillar &Autonomous Pillar, Supporting Planned maintenance, QualityPillar
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering Graduate
- Minimum 3 years factoryrole, continuous improvement/Process engineer experience in FMCGindustry,Personal care /Beautyand Wellbeing experience preferred
- Hands onExperienceon managingFocusedImprovement projects,
- Hands on experience of WCM/TPM/Manufacturing Excellence
- Mustdemonstratea strong technical knowledge frompreviouspractice with evidence ofeliminationwastes and losses from production lines. Mustpossessstrong engineering leadership credentials with a proven ability tomanage highly automated Lines/Process.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Analytical capability. Collect andanalysescomplex data to penetrate problems’ phenomena and understand root causes.
- Various Root cause analysis tools and countermeasures

Requirements
- •Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate
- •Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG factory role, continuous improvement/Process engineer
- •Hands-on experience managing Focused Improvement projects
- •Hands-on experience with WCM/TPM/Manufacturing Excellence
- •Strong technical knowledge with evidence of eliminating wastes and losses
- •Strong engineering leadership credentials
- •Proven ability to manage highly automated lines/processes
Nice to Have
- •Personal care/Beauty and Wellbeing experience
- •Analytical capability to collect and analyze complex data
- •Knowledge of various root cause analysis tools and countermeasures
Responsibilities
- •Lead change management on projects for new innovations, VIP, product transfers, etc.
- •Apply Focused Improvement, Autonomous Pillar, and Quality Pillar methods
- •Identify and counteract losses in Operations, Quality, and Cost Deployment
- •Optimize operational costs
- •Work with line crews and technical teams daily to identify and counteract losses
- •Act as technical trainer for line teams, coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis, and countermeasures
- •Improve and establish revised basic conditions on the line
- •Eliminate losses and wastes using WCM/UMS/Continuous improvement methodologies
