Summary

The PR and Influencer Executive will support the execution of PR and influencer marketing initiatives to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for KAYALI across the MEASAT region. This role requires an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the beauty and fragrance industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the execution of PR and influencer initiatives aligned with KAYALI’s marketing calendar and global brand objectives

· Assist in monitoring KAYALI’s influencer and press performance to help track Earned Media Value (EMV) and Media Impact Value (MIV)

· Monitor market trends and competitive activity to keep the team informed of industry movement and relevant brand activations

· Maintain and update the influencer database across MEASAT, including assisting in identifying emerging creators and community voices

· Support the execution of influencer and PR relationships and partnerships, including coordinating seeding, tracking deliverables, and helping manage timelines

· Monitor influencer content and performance data and assist in preparing recap reports and learnings.

· Assist in maintaining relationships with beauty and lifestyle media contacts across the MEASAT region

· Help track media coverage compiling weekly and monthly summaries

· Assist in planning and execution PR and influencer events to support launches and brand initiatives

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth event execution, including logistics, guest lists, product needs, and follow-up

· Utilize tools such as Tribe Dynamics to help track and report on PR and influencer campaign performance

· Aid in preparing updates and reports based on campaign activity and industry trends

· Support agency coordination as needed to ensure smooth workflow and communication

· Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, deliverables, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, or related roles
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfort with data tracking and basic analysis
• Interest in the beauty and fragrance industry and awareness of key creators and media outlets
• Familiarity with influencer and PR tools (Tribe Dynamics) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
