Job Brief
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in building materials trading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across retail and project segments.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new customers within the building materials, hardware, and construction sectors
• Promote and sell products to retailers, contractors, and project clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities
• Provide product information, technical specifications, and pricing details
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payment collections
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain updated customer records
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of UAE construction and retail market
• Experience in key account management and project sales
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems)Requirements
• 4–6 years of outdoor sales experience (building materials, hardware, or related industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of building materials products and market trends
• Graduate in any discipline
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet sales targetsBenefits
Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,500 per month
