Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales & Operations Executive to manage one of our coffee equipment outlets Name Kafu Solution. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in coffee machine equipment, spare parts sales, and service operations who can effectively lead daily business activities while driving sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Drive sales of commercial coffee machines, coffee equipment, accessories, and spare parts.
Coordinate the repair and preventive maintenance of coffee machines with the technical service team.
Supervise and support the sales and maintenance teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of products and spare parts.
Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, installations, and after-sales service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional support and timely communication.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and operational reports.
Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze sales performance, identify business opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve branch performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety procedures.
Continuously improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective decision-making and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the coffee machine, coffee equipment, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial coffee machines, equipment, accessories, and spare parts is highly preferred.
Experience coordinating machine repair, maintenance, and technical service operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales or inventory management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales and operational targets.
