IT & Technical Support

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is urgently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technical Support professional to join our team immediately. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can provide end-to-end technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of all business systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and IT systems.
• Configure and manage email domains, email accounts, and related services.
• Handle system integration and troubleshoot connectivity issues between business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and business tools.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and security.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Support users by resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and technical records.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of email domain configuration (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, and related email services).
• Experience with system integration, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of networking, including TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and common business applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks efficiently.
