Job Summary:

Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the organization. Conduct RCSAs, develop KRIs, manage loss events and incidents, and oversee third-party risk assessments. Prepare risk reports for senior management, recommend mitigation actions, and promote risk awareness to ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess operational risks across business units.

•
Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).

•
Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

•
Maintain and update the Operational Risk Loss Register, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of loss events.

•
Manage operational risk incidents, including logging, investigation, root cause analysis, and closure tracking.

•
Perform third-party risk assessments and periodic reviews of outsourced service providers and vendors.

•
Evaluate third-party controls, SLAs, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

•
Ensure proper risk assessment before onboarding new vendors.

•
Monitor concentration risk and critical service dependencies.

•
Report significant risk issues to senior management and the Board Risk Management Committee.

•
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified risks.

•
Prepare periodic operational risk reports for management and governance committees.

•
Promote risk awareness and provide training across departments.

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
