Job Nature:
This is a hands-on operational role, not a desk-only or managerial position. Daily follow-up with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal teams is required
We are looking for a hands-on Purchasing & Logistics Officer to manage the full product cycle from supplier to warehouse and branches, including procurement, shipping, customs clearance, inventory entry, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source products and communicate with suppliers and factories
• Request quotations, negotiate prices, and create Purchase Orders (PO)
• Follow up on production and order readiness
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies
• Handle customs clearance processes with brokers
• Ensure all shipping documents are complete (Invoice, Packing List, HS Code)
• Track shipments until arrival and resolve delays
• Receive goods and ensure quantity/quality accuracy
• Perform GRPO and product coding (SKU creation) in the system
• Monitor warehouse and branch inventory levels
• Replenish branches based on demand and stock levels

Inventory Analysis & Planning:
• Analyze stock movement (Fast / Slow / Dead Stock)
• Support reorder planning based on sales data
• Monitor Days of Inventory and stock coverage
• Raise alerts for low stock or overstock situations

KPIs:
• Stock availability (no stock outs)
• Lead time from order to warehouse
• Accuracy of inventory entries
• On-time shipment and clearance
• Branch replenishment efficiency
Requirements
• 2 years of experience minimum
• Basic knowledge in procurement, logistics, supply chain
• Good Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, pivot is a plus)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong follow-up and execution skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
