Role Overview
Operation and Maintenance Experts provide technical leadership and operational support across the field, ensuring effective asset evaluation, risk management, performance optimisation, and compliance with quality standards and maintenance regulations. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
• Track the low performance indicators and assess the KPI measurement.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and maintenance standards.
• Review, validate, and approve reports, measurements, and payment-related documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance indicators and ensure accurate performance measurement, especially the evaluation of PI related to rates.
• Deliver training programs and assist in conducting the required workshops related to specifications and other areas that help improve the performance of internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate operations across regions, sites, and stakeholders to ensure continuity and efficiency.
• Follow up on the work with Resident Engineers.
• Support effective communication and coordination among all regional teams.
• Identify operational and technical risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Support documentation of lessons learned and best practices to enhance performance.
• Assist in identifying performance gaps and supporting the implementation of corrective actions within the QMC staff.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews related to operation and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and maintenance.
• Investigate and finalise the escalation requests with the Project Management Engineer.
• Conduct periodic visits to the regions to meet the QMC staff and Branches.Requirements
Min 3 years after PhD
Min 5 years exp. after Master
Min 15 years exp. after Bachelor (All experience must be in the road sector)
Requirements

- •Min 15 years experience after Bachelor's in the road sector
